I don't know about you but I love feeling confident in myself, It doesn't happen a lot but when it does I feel like I can do anything. I've been thinking of the reasons as to why I have random confidence boosts and I thought I would put them all together here to see if these things also boost your confidence or if you have any other tips that help boost your confidence which I could try out.
Sooo without further ado here are some I can think of:
Wearing matching underwear
I thought this was silly at first but I actually googled to see if anyone else feels this way and they do! I purchased myself some new underwear from Marks and Spencers (there underwear always fits me best) and when I put on of the matching sets on... Boom instant confidence boost!
Stop focussing on the imperfections
Nobody is perfect and I think I forget that sometimes and I'm forever comparing myself to others so I've been trying to focus less on my imperfections and comparing those things to others. Instead I've been focussing more on the things I like about myself and this has definitely made me feel better in myself.
Give yourself some colour
Hello there tanned bod ;) I think if you have a bit of a tan you look healthier therefore you'll feel a little more confident. I personally don't like fake tan I just don't get on with it well atleast instant fake tan although I do have a great relationship with build up self tanners such as the Garnier summer body lotion.
Cutting down on the junk food
I've recently been cutting down on the amount of sugar filled snacks I've been eating and swapping them for a piece of fruit or one of my homemade smoothies. I've been naughty the past few days (I've been eating cake and chocolate) and I can tell just because I've felt a little more crappy so once I start eating healthy again I'm hoping my happy self will come back.
